Bree Brown 2020 50k Female Winner, 2nd Overall

Aid Stations: DO. NOT. technically EXIST. You are required to be self sufficient or provide your own crew. There will be some race director drive by car aid and assistance with fuel & water refills, but these will NOT be often and you will need crewing or self stashing. If you choose to leave the course, to sleep in a hotel or at home for a part of the course, you will have to check in with race director and confirm that you are leaving from a specific location to which you must return to the exact spot to continue your island pilgrimage.

Time Rules: 100 miler has a firm 48 hour cut off. If you reach the finish at 48:01, we will be very happy for you but you will not be an official finisher. 260 milers must complete a minimal of 65 miles per 24 hour day. Do not underestimate this. We recommend you have completed a 100 mile run within the last 24 months, or have experience with multiday stage races. Your final cut off for the 260 miles is exactly 96 hours from your start time.

Caleb & Anna, tied for 1st overall in the 2020 100 mile race.

Gear: Running between 6 pm and 7 am requires you to have lights & reflective apparel.

Pacers: For the longer distances runners may have  a pacer after mile 50. Pacers are optional and sometimes quite enjoyable, but not necessary. 50k people must run solo or within a safe distance of another racer.

Relays: You May break up your distance in any length of segments you choose, but you must always have a runner running (obviously). With your crew vehicle it must completely pull off the road and not block other runners or crew vehicles. Please be courteous to all parties involved.

Prizes: Each of our races likes to feature local artists and farms, we pride ourselves on choosing unique locally sourced prizes, however if you want a T-shirt or a medal, this isn’t the race for you. A large portion of each racers entry goes to allocated completion and podium prizes, and we are sure you will walk away pleased. When we pick up local vendors or sponsors they will be added to the bottom of this webpage.
